As a freelance photographer, I prefer to use black and white film instead of digital or color. I've noticed that if you use digital, you can manipulate your photos or take a picture over once you see what it looks like. With film, you get one chance to capture that special moment. In other words, what you see is what you get; a true shot, no matter how it looks. For my book "Before I Was Born: I Saw The World Through Your Eyes," I of course used black and white film to captured those moments which one can never recapture.
